An administrative assistant is a very important position, ensuring accuracy is very important, responsible for supporting office staff and performing administrative and reporting tasks.

WORKING LOCATION: Atlas Furniture Asia China Head Office, Longgang, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China & remote

WORKING DAYS: 5 Days per week between Monday and Sunday (depending on workload)

Job Accountabilities / Key Performance Indicators

  1. You must always be aware of and loyal to the Atlas brands and what they stand for and the work ethics of the company and style of work we do. Its mission & values, health & safety, discretion and loyalties disciplines always read the staff handbook etc.
  2. Must always be loyal to the Atlas brand and what it stands for.
  3. Follow Company ethos, workstyle, mission & values, health & safety, etc.
  4. Always maintain total confidentiality (Under NDA) agreement)
  5. Must have a very good idea of how the company structure works and how the company works, roles and jobs
  6. Must hold an accurate to-do list and ensure all urgent to-dos are completed on time
  7. Manage any project given to them with speed and accuracy, with Accounts Managers
  8. Their duties will include documentation to be communicated with, Accounts Managers
  9. Accuracy is very important
  10. Support with the related documents
  11. Check documents have been filled out accurately
  12. Filing documents in the correct place both hard copies and electronic versions
  13. Any other task required by company leader.

In addition to experience in the furniture industry (ideally beds / upholstery), we also require evidence of the following skills:
