Due to the situation this year, we were unable to come together as a company, as we do every year at our China operational headquarters in Longgang, Shenzhen, China and so we took the party online!
Combining our Leaders in Thailand, our new Quality division for indoor goods in Vietnam and the China team in one fun party, we used Microsoft Teams to connect and experience the festivities as though we were together.

Festivities Accross The World
A big thanks to Mr Hu for hosting our Christmas Party in Shenzhen this year. He is our primary supplier of high-quality fabric and has attended Atlas Christmas Parties for many years. He was happy to take the role of party host when it became apparent that the Brobyn’s would not be able to attend in person this year. Ms Vivi Deng helped to orchestrate the event, including buying prizes for games, as well as preparing lucky-draw numbers hidden around the room and the huge Chinese confetti canons.
This year was also the first year for our Vietname staff to join us, with both our indoor and outdoor goods divisions hosting Christmas dinner parties in their respective cities. Peter, Da and Mark were online during the dinner to enjoy remotely from Thailand, where they have been based since February 2020.
The video call was then uploaded to Stream, our internal video streaming platform (part of Microsoft Office online), for us all to watch back and enjoy later.
We wish all of our family, friends, dear customers and suppliers a wonderful holiday period (which, of course, extends on through Chinese New Year, Tết and Songkran!) and that 2021 is your best year yet!
